Abstract

Self-government is a form of decentralization of state administration. Doctors are obligatory members of a polish chamber of physician and dentists. One of the major tasks of chamber of physician and dentists is to adjudicate in a case of disciplinary procedure of doctors. This article presents the problems of disciplinary procedure of doctors and the role of the polish chamber of physician and dentists in this regard.
