Personality determinants of health behaviour

The subject of the paper are results of the research on personality determinants of health behaviour. The research was aimed at identification of relations between specific features of personality and the health behaviour. The research was carried out on students of the University of Information and Technology. The data on health behaviour and related personality features were gathered on the basis of a EPQR questionnaire and The Inventory of Health Behaviour. The results obtained present a relation between particular personality features and health behaviour, such as eating habits, preventive actions, positive ‘mentall attitude, health practice.
