Abstract

This article concerns a connection between the type of a educational specialization and health-related behaviours. The aim of the reserch was identification of the influence of the type of a educational specialization on health-related behaviours like: dietary habits, prevation behaviour, positive mental attitude and health practicies. Participant of this research were students of the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, studing on two different educational specialization: Public Health and Information Science. The tool used to gather data was The Inventory of Health- Related Behaviours by Zygfryd Juczytiski The results of the research show significant influence of the type of a educational specialization and health-related behaviours.
