The main purpose of this investigation was estimation of some biological properties of biodegradable lactide-glycolide co-polymer with addition of hydroxyapatite. The results of the research subjected to clinical, radiological and histopathological estimation. The tested material caused lack of local and general negative reactions, the process of osseous tissue regeneration wasn’t finished in the initial periods of the histopathological investigations. Besides there were the scraps of hydroxyapatite and polymer matrix in the place where the graft was removed from. It’s evidence that the process of degradation of tested material wasn’t finished yet.
