Abstract

Elderly patients with polytrauma and concomitant limbs or spine fractures are group of people, who especially demand individual diagnostic and treatment program adequate to the health condition. The work presented comparison of frequency of neurological symptoms of central nervous system occurred at patients aged above 60 years in dependences from manner and time of concomitant limbs or spine fractures treatment. Special difficulty determine patient with concomitant central nervous system injury, which neurological status does not permit on early stabilization of fractures Occurred complications were evidenced and analysed with special regard of influence of fractures stabilization period on their rising.
