Open Access Statement

This is an open access journal, meaning that all content from volume 14-15 (2024) and future volumes is freely available without charge to users or their institutions. This policy also applies to volumes 1 to 6 (2010-2016).

The remaining volumes are in the process of transitioning to the Open Access system.

Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, and use them for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher or the author.

This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
