Motor activity of children aged 10 in free time

In recent years observe considerable growth of frequency of occurrence of faulty posture and fall physical efficiency among children and youth. This phenomenon has connected with civilization progress, which pull along disadvantageous changes in life style of contemporary man. The aim of this study was assessment life style in examined group.202 children aged 10 years from randomize elementary schools in Rzeszów were evaluated. Questionnaire was carried out concerning motor activity and life style of youth. It found low systematic physical activity of children in examined group. Youth spend more free time on watch TV and computer play than on physical activity.
