Historia badań etnobotanicznych i spis roślin dziko rosnących użytkowanych na Podhalu

Abstrakt

This work is a review of wild plants used in the Podhale region since the beginning of the 19th century until the present. Seventy-four sources were used. The use of at least 193 taxa from 68 plant families was recorded (not including 33 unidentified names of plants). Among them 68 taxa were used as food, 117 as medicine, 10 in building crafts, 20 for making everyday utensils and furniture, 82 in religious or magic rituals, and 83 had other uses, such as cosmetics, bedding for animals etc.
