Degradation and reclamation of ground in Poland

Abstract

The development of civilisation makes modifying of natural environment inevitable and keeping its qualities intact a pressing necessity. Every biologicaly-active patch of land has to perform ecological functions, regardless of the way it is cultivation.

Reclamation (restoring utility of land) of degraded land is a warrant of proper (sustainable) development of civilization.
