The city’s light pollution created by coloured illumination

Abstract

The article touches on issues related to colour lighting which occurs in the urban space. For example in Warsaw colour floodlighting applications was discussed and the legitimacy of the use of colour in individual cases. Reviewed of literature on negative effects of unwanted light on organism. Pointed out on proper planning and modernization of lighting in such as way as to reduce the negative interference of light in the ecosystem.
