Abstract

Activities popularizing the idea of retardation of transforming environmental resources in an indirect way, as part of seemingly unrelated projects, but providing the common citizen with reliable information supported by scientific research, seem to have a greater long-term social impact than taking up the topic primarily at the academic level.

The entity implementing the idea of retardation is the "In the Mother's Heart" Foundation. Although the main goal of the Foundation was to create a space for sharing talents and supporting people in their development, the Foundation also pointed to the fundamentals of harmonious human development in the long term, taking into account contemporary challenges, by conducting workshops, webinars or projects such as "Eco-Sharing".
