Abstract

The model of cooperation of planning organs and specialist authorities of the aquatic administration in determining the admissibility of building and development of areas of specific flooding threats has changed, as the aggravation authority has become a co-decision body in proceedings for the release of general and individual planning acts. The agreeing body has been granted a competence of binding determination of the requirements or conditions for the planned building and development of terrain in areas of special flood threat.
