Informatization of cooperation between administrative bodies after the amendment to the code of administrative procedure in connection with the act on electronic delivery coming into force

In July 2021 – as a result of the enactment of the Act from 18 November 2020 on electronic delivery – the amendment to the Code of Administrative Procedure will enter into force. The purpose of this act is to implement the priority rule for delivering administrative letters to an electronic delivery address. This study will be an attempt to answer the question whether and how the July change in the Code of may affect the obligations of the bodies cooperating in the course of administrative proceedings with regard to the manner and form of correspondence.
