Abstract

The article presents the history of Polish legal profession in times of partitions in terms of its social work, professional and political as an expression of the struggle for preservation of Polishness in the Polish nation. The work consists of four parts, as determinants into account the different areas of the partitions, starting from the time of the Duchy of Warsaw created by Napoleon I. The following sections discuss outline the struggle for Polish nature of the profession of the annexations Prussian and Russian. Developing closes the air terminal characteristics of the conditions of implementation of the lands under Austrian rule, and try to merge a Polish legal profession, despite the breakdown of the partition, made at the beginning of the twentieth century.
