Basic principles of criminal responsibility

The author of the article focused on the analysis of the basic principles of substantive criminal law, in which is built the concept of criminal liability. The principles collectively entitled as the principles of criminal responsibility include the principle of responsibility only in the meaning of culpable illegal activities, the principle of natural persons responsibility, the principle of nullum crimen sine lege and the principle of ne bis in idem. Characterized by nature of the principles, the author has pointed on their cognitive, application, interpretative and a legislative importance.
