Provision of medical service TeleEKG as a part of the constitutional right to health

This article concerns the right to health care and equal access to health care services, which have been expressed in art. 68 paragraph. 1 and 2 of the Constitution. In this research paper the author approached to the Constitutional Court who states that the provisions of the Constitution don’t provide universal access to well know by knowledge and medical practice all of health services. Therefore the patient may benefit from the guaranteed or above-standard services, for which he must to pay. This above-standard services include, eg.: TeleEKG services, which were described by author in this article.
