Possibility to submit an application for self-incapacitation

The purpose of the article is to raise the problem of the possibility of applying for incapacitation by oneself. Currently, the jurisprudence of the General Court clearly allows the application of such a conclusion. In the working article, there is a mechanism of legality of this application in terms of the legal capacity of a mentally ill/disordered person or suffering from some kind of mental retardation.
