The concept of administration services of Professor Tadeusz Kuta’s – from the achievements of the Wrocław school of administrative studies

Abstract

The article is devoted to the concept of administration being one of the most characteristic concepts of modern administration, which has evolved from regulation and order to administration providing public services. This concept was introduced into the Polish doctrine by T. Kuta, a representative of the Wrocław administrative school. The article will present the sources of his research, the evolution of views from classical administration providing services to service administration and its contemporary reception.
