Abstract

Self-governmental administration is geared to performing the tasks of providing administration. The analysis concerns the making of self-governmental acts of local law based on The Act on Social Assistance and The Act on Family Benefits. The paper focuses on the independence of this law-making process, asking about “the if”, “the what” and “the how” of the legislation in question. It also studies the attribute of self-governance, analysing whether the influences of corporate nature, operating via self-governmental forms of direct democracy, are active in this lawmaking process.
