Abstract

It is well known that social needs in the field of care services provided to the elderly are systematically growing. This is caused by the current demographic trend around the world towards the aging of the population. Although for the local government, the inclusion of artificial intelligence technology in care services could bring great benefits and public value for citizens, it is also important to consider the ethical implications of its use.
