Supporting electromobility – polemical remarks on selected responsibilities of local government units

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of the domestic model for supporting electromobility, in particular on the basis of the obligations imposed on local government units in this area. The analysis of normative acts, statistical data and opinions expressed in the literature made it possible to formulate conclusions in this area and to propose changes aimed at increasing the level of implementation of assumptions towards transport transformation formulated at the EU and national levels.
