Others forms of participation of the population in the local governmnent

Abstract

In addition to the classic forms of municipal self-government by the institutions of direct democracy (local referendum, municipal assembly) and representative democracy, municipalities also have a set of other legally relevant instruments, the use of which ensures them to participate in solving their own affairs. The submitted contribution deals with other forms of participation of the inhabitants in the municipal self-government, which result from the inhabitants of the municipality from the legal regulation.
