Abstract

Space exploitation plays a kay role in functioning of developed countries. Space infrastructure is indispensable in numerous areas and in consequence it is vital to assure its protection. Moreover, it’s necessary to mention that besides economic reasons, space powers recognize the value of space utilization in a military domain. Both of these issues are highly discussed on international forums. As the current framework of use and exploration of outer space allows only peaceful activities in space for the benefit of all, nowadays there is a real threat that we will be able to witness a military action above the sky in the years to come. Therefore, it is crucial to built robust, up-to-date regulatory framework which will be built of common values through profound discussions. However, in the time when the scene of space activities is more divided than ever, achieving this goal is exceptionally challenging.
