Abstract

The approving commentary on the sentence of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw - 13 October 2017 r., ref. No. V ACa 740/17 concerns issue of the right to the protection of image. The author of essay focuses on character of feature “recognition”. Moreover, the problem of making the anonymous of image is raised. Finally, the obligations of journalists due to gathering of information on account of the factual situation is discussed.
