Abstract

This publication was intended to show the influence of a prohibited act of an antisocial personality disorder on the behavior of the perpetrator, especially those inconsistent with the applicable law. The article presents the classification of personality disorders and scrupulous characteristics of the dissocial personality disorder. The key mechanisms accompanying this type of incorrectly formed structure of the human personality are shown. It emphasized its impact on the actions taken by the individual. Moreover, the article refers to the meaning of an antisocial personality disorder as a possible condition for excluding or limiting the sanity of the perpetrator of an offense under Art. 3 1 k.k ..
