Abstract

The text presents the theoretical reflections on meeting the housing needs of the local community. Special attention has been paid to the particular forms of implementation of municipal tasks in this area: providing social housing, providing alternative accommodation, provision of temporary premises, indication of accommodation, hostels or other facilities providing accommodation.
