Constitutional and legal provision of the restoration of trust in the judiciary by the example of Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted to constitutional and legal transformations in Ukraine in terms of restoring trust in the judiciary. Having taken a confident vector to implement European aspirations of citizens, Ukrainian government started reforms in several directions at once, including one of the most problematic - the reform in judiciary. The article presents a critical view of the reform, mentioned above and political and legal processes that accompany it.
