Abstract

The article aims at examining historical aspects of the development of the concept of human behavior according to the law and philosophy of ancient China. At that time a man was seen as a part of the whole andthrough his existence was created in order to overcome the split of the world. The best kind of the human behavior was considered to be refraining from action and following nature. There was put forward and justified an idea of human responsibility for his behavior at the higher, outer level.
