Abstract

A question about the role of a Prosecutor in the criminal proceedings is still a current issue. His pursuing function and being the guardian of lawfulness are guarantees for a victim and the accused. The article also touches upon the problem of Prosecutors’ ethics, which is so essential for the activities of the authorities of legal protection. Continuous discussion on the model of the prosecution and its new tasks justify scientific debates over the role of the Prosecutor in the field of Criminal Law.
