Abstract

The article deals with the constitutional guarantees of the right of citizens for public associations in Ukraine. In particular, the expediency of allocation of constitutional legal guarantees for the provision of specified rights of citizens, gives their definition and classification, analyses the contents and purpose of these guarantees.
