Judicial Positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the Sphere of Realization of the Right to Freedom of Association in Political Parties and Public Organizations

Abstract

In the process of constitutionalization of public associations of citizens in Ukraine a special role belongs to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The article determines methodological approaches to the complex analysis of the legal positions of the Court in the sphere of realization by the citizens of Ukraine the right to freedom of association in political parties and public organizations, as well as their role in the process of further institutionalization of public associations of citizens in Ukraine.
