Research on familiarity with ‘sustainable development’ term

Abstract

In the paper, a survey research on the level of familiarity with ‘sustainable development’ term among students of all years of agriculture course at Rzeszów University was presented. The outcome was compared with the familiarity with those terms among randomly picked, adult citizens of Rzeszów. The state of knowledge in that topic turned out appalling whereas the intensive education, already being carried out for four years, seemed to bare fruit.
