Abstract

Changing consumer behavior is an important part of doing business in the modern world. Profits, entering new markets, increasing the scale of operations - these are not the only measures of business success nowadays. At least as important is reducing the impact on the environment, working with the community and caring for employees. Due to the development of technology, some processes are almost completely automated. Without investments in automation and intelligent robotization companies are no longer competitive. The purpose of the article is to present innovative practices in logistics in terms of sustainable development.
