Abstrakt

Deficyt zasobów wodnych, zmiany klimatyczne i rosnące zapotrzebowanie na wodę w przemyśle sprawiają, że woda odzyskana ze ścieków, w tym komunalnych, po zaawansowanym uzdatnieniu, staje się alternatywnym źródłem wody technologicznej. Artykuł omawia pojęcie wody odzyskanej oraz kierunki jej wykorzystania. W nowoczesnych systemach odzysk wody może sięgać ponad 80-98% dzięki zastosowaniu technologii RO – Reverse Osmosis, czy ZLD – Zero Liquid Discharge, które odgrywają kluczową rolę w uzdatnianiu wody i gospodarce ściekowej. Wskazano główne bariery wdrożeniowe, takie jak zmienność jakości wody, obecność zanieczyszczeń, wysokie koszty inwestycyjne i operacyjne (CAPEX/OPEX), ryzyka mikrobiologiczne, wymogi formalno-prawne oraz akceptacja społeczna. Przedstawiono możliwości zastosowania wody odzyskanej w przemyśle, m.in. w procesach chłodzenia, mycia, produkcji paliw i wodoru, próbach ciśnieniowych, a także w remediacji i rekultywacji terenów zdegradowanych. Podkreślono znaczenie technologii uzdatniania oraz rolę odbiorcy końcowego w określaniu parametrów jakościowych. Zaznaczono, że wdrożenie rozwiązań zależy od kosztów inwestycyjnych i operacyjnych oraz od oceny wpływu na środowisko, aby uniknąć pogorszenia innych jego komponentów, a integracja odzysku wody z procesami przemysłowymi stanowi kluczowy element strategii zrównoważonego rozwoju i adaptacji do zmian klimatu.
