Abstract

The artice examine issues related to the management and administration of non-formal education implemented in the form of e-learning. The study focuses on organizational aspects of non-formal education, emphasizing key elements such as personalized learning, pedagogical innovations, online education, and effective administration. In the context of discussing organizational issues in the field of non-formal education, the article analyzes the role of e-learning platforms in facilitating the administration of educational activities. Additionally, it presents strategies for managing the education process using e-learning platforms. The results contribute to a better understanding of the complex aspects of effective management and administration of non-formal education in the form of e-learning.
