The Range of the Supreme Court’s Judicature Considering a Legal Matter in a Criminal Case Presented by a Court of Appeal

Abstract

This article shows the procedure and decisions of the Supreme Court concerning legal matters which are presented by courts of appeal in criminal cases. The Supreme Court gives interpretation of the law in the most difficult legal matters in exact criminal cases which appear in courts of appeal.
