Opportunities and Barriers of Professional Functioning of Young People with High Education in Their Opinion

Abstract

The labour market in the capitalist economy constantly undergoes changes. While new professions come into existence, others disappear. A rapid development of information technologies affects the frequency of these changes in a fundamental way and, at the same time, demands constant learning and training from everyone. This article brings employment opportunities for young people with higher education based on their opinions on the basis of the research among students of pedagogy at the University of Rzeszów.
