Anti-plagiarism procedure

Anti-plagiarism System and Copyright Infringement

Procedure To maintain high ethical standards and the scientific quality of published materials, the journal's editorial office implements solutions to detect and prevent copyright infringements, particularly plagiarism. Submitted texts are verified using the Similarity Check system, based on iThenticate software, which compares the content of articles with an extensive database of scientific publications and online resources provided by publishers collaborating with this program.

Plagiarism is considered the misappropriation of another person's work or parts thereof and presenting it as one's own. Using previously published content without proper attribution (self-plagiarism) is also a violation of publication ethics, especially when it serves the purpose of unauthorized expansion of one's scientific achievements. Such practices violate both applicable law and standards of scientific integrity.

If violations are detected in accordance with the Notice and Takedown procedure, the individual committing the violation will be informed of the situation. The article in which the violation was identified will be withdrawn from the publication process or removed from the published materials. Information about the retraction will be posted on the journal's website and, in justified cases, in the printed version.
