The article offers a theoretical discussion about the situation of men and women on the labor market in the context of stereotypical opinions about male and female professions. It focuses on the changing attitudes towards professional roles as well as on the characteristics of the labor market as far as the division into male and female roles is concerned. The article also addresses the issue of men in feminized professions and of women in jobs dominated by men.Downloads
