Traditional and regional products in opinion of Podkarpacie consumers

In recent years, trends connected with a return to tradition have become noticeable. The Polish people more and more eat products or dishes, which names show come from a cooking heritage. More and more meaning have got these market products which seem to be for a consumer as traditional and regional. It seems that we discover and even keep trying to discover and get them in a shop or in a restaurant. The traditional product is also a chance of showing a regional identity, a place where it was produced, from which materials and technology. The research shows, that Podkarpacie inhabitants can see profits connected with producing traditional and regional products.
