The article discusses the problem of the sedentary lifestyle of children and youth in Poland. National and world statistics showing the insufficient level of physical activity of Polish students and information on diseases and disease states accompanying a sedentary lifestyle were presented. The relationship between physical activity and learning and the possibility of using active chairs in the teaching process designed to cause movement and drilling was presented.Downloads
