Career counseling is a type of activity that evolves both in terms of substantive content and used methods, techniques and tools. The transformation of career counseling and the development of its new concept is not only the development of scientific research, but also economic, political and sociocultural changes. The tendency to move away from traditional models of career counseling towards coaching is beginning to be a fact what the author presents by referring to own research. This writing is an encouragement to learn more about coaching as a method in terms of its use in career counseling. The information contained in this publication is an introduction to the series of articles, which the author plans to publish based on the analysis of the results of own research.Downloads
