Abstract

The paper presents the development of a culture of security in an environment information overloaded by the assumption that its important building block is the information culture. The security culture research field includes the information security culture, highlighting the funda-mental challenges facing education for security in the area of preparing citizens for a rational, reflective and ethical functioning in a globalized information society.
