Abstract

Anti-tampering in liquid surveillance environments requires users of information literacy ma-turity that can not be achieved without the “renewable” information competencies, among which Personal Information Management and Personal Knowledge Management are key players. This article addresses the management of knowledge and information on an individual basis, recogniz-ing that it is indispensable in shaping a security culture.
