The background for the considerations contained in the article is the issue of national identity of Polish children, victims of deportation to the territory of the Soviet Union, which followed the Soviet invasion on Poland on September 17, 1939. The paper particularly highlights the role of education and upbringing the patriotic spirit of young children in the exile (Middle East) in the context of analysis of the content of the primer written by Kubski, Kotarbiński and Zarembina (Jerusalem, 1946) and selected Polish press titles showing up in the East.Downloads
