Abstract

This paper considers the issue of teachers’ development in terms of planned system changes. The main focus is on cooperation and self-education networks –one of elements of proposed and tested development system. Proposed changes are evaluated on the grounds of school conditions and teachers joining new system. There are also presented selected opportunities and threats that may arise from the change. Observation included in this paper are predicated on two-year experiences of pilotage implementation of proposed solutions as well as direct running of cooperation and self-education networks.
