Open Educational Resources (OER) gives the opportunity for gaining knowledge in individual, continuous way. Open and free access to these materials can cause the situation when teachers and learners develop and shape together their knowledge and skills of common learning, developing and sharing, and in the process – supporting the culture of participation.
