In the hereby article the thesis has been proved that the dynamics of breakthrough innovation is being influenced by the National Innovation Systems. Market as the regulatory of innovation environment fails and state’s support in creating pro-innovation framework is needed. The concept of national innovation systems rests on the premise that understanding the linkages among the actors involved in innovation is key to improving technology performance. Innovation and technical progress are the result of a complex set of relationships among actors producing, distributing and applying various kinds of knowledge. Thanks to this feature they fit to any economy and cause their pro-innovation development.Downloads
