Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the concept and specificity of measuring relational capital in higher education. Relational capital is one of the components of intellectual capital and refers to university relations with stakeholders. It is an invisible resource. Metrics derived from the intellectual capital management models adapted in universities are used to measure relational capital. The article was based on a review of the literature and an analysis of the chosen university strategy developed using the Balanced Scorecard.
