Abstract

Health is a factor conditioning the development of society and the ability to develop its prosperity. Whereas health protection is a strategic area of state activity and requires a systematic approach to managing this area. The adopted model of the healthcare system reflects the values recognized by society which are expressed through democratic political choices.
